1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Shields Medical Center Bangkok, including but not limited to medical consultations, treatments, testing, and pre-order services. 
 

1.2. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. 
 

1.3. Our medical services are strictly confidential, and patient information will be protected as per the applicable privacy and data protection laws. 
 

1.4. Shields Medical Center reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the user to review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions.
 

2. Medical Services
 

2.1. All medical consultations, tests, and treatments are carried out by licensed and qualified medical professionals. 
 

2.2. The patient must provide accurate and complete medical history and disclose any underlying health conditions or allergies. 
 

2.3. The results of medical tests and examinations are for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 
 

2.4. Patients are advised to follow the prescribed treatment plan and recommendations provided by the healthcare professional. 
 

2.5. Shields Medical Center is not liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from non-compliance with medical advice.
 

3. Pre-Order Services
 

3.1. Pre-orders are available for selected products and services, including PrEP packages. 
 

3.2. To complete a pre-order, customers must make a full payment in advance via the available payment methods. 
 

3.3. Pre-order fees cover the cost of the medication only and do not include blood tests or consultation fees unless specified in the promotion. 
 

3.4. Customers must fulfill the blood test requirement through one of the following options:

• Option 1: Complete the blood test at Shields Clinic.

• Option 2: Submit a recent blood test report that meets Shields' requirements from an accredited medical facility. 

 

3.5. Medication will only be released after verifying that the test results are clear and meet the eligibility criteria. 
 

3.6. Failure to complete the blood test requirement or provide valid documentation will result in the cancellation of the pre-order without a refund. 
 

3.7. In the event of a positive test result or any medical contraindication, Shields Medical Center reserves the right to withhold the medication and arrange a consultation to discuss alternative care options.
 

4. Payments and Refunds
 

4.1. Pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of order to secure the reservation.
 

4.2. Payments for service bookings, including consultations, screenings, and treatments, will be made at the clinic once the services are completed.
 

4.3. Refunds are not available for services rendered or consultations completed.
4.4. For pre-order cancellations made before the completion of the required medical testing, a partial refund may be issued, subject to administrative fees.
4.5. Refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to reflect in the customer’s account.
 

5. Cancellations and No-Shows
 

5.1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. 
 

5.2. No-show appointments may result in a charge equal to the full consultation fee or pre-order amount. 
 

5.3. Shields Medical Center reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments as necessary, and clients will be informed promptly.
 

6. Privacy and Data Protection

 

6.1. Shields Medical Center respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal and medical information.

 

6.2. Personal data collected during appointments, consultations, or pre-orders will be securely stored and used solely for medical and administrative purposes.

 

6.3. We do not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

 

6.4. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

 

7. Consent and Medical Disclaimer

 

7.1. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to the diagnostic, treatment, and consultation processes provided by Shields Medical Center.

 

7.2. Shields Medical Center does not guarantee specific outcomes from treatments or medical consultations.

 

7.3. Patients are responsible for providing accurate medical history and following prescribed treatment plans.

 

7.4. Any medical advice given is based on the information provided by the patient and the healthcare professional’s judgment.

 

8. Age and Eligibility Requirements

 

8.1. Patients must be at least 18 years old to access sexual health services or undergo medical procedures.

 

8.2. For patients under 18, parental or guardian consent is required, along with the presence of the guardian during consultations and treatments.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

 

9.1. Shields Medical Center reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.

 

9.2. In the event of a change or cancellation, patients will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements will be made where applicable.

 

10. Emergency and After-Hours Policy

 

10.1. Shields Medical Center is not an emergency care facility. In case of a medical emergency, please contact the nearest hospital or emergency services.

 

10.2. After-hours support may be available for existing patients through the clinic’s hotline.
